Film Poster Inspiration

Upon creating our film poster for our short film Aftertaste, we looked into already created movies to gather ideas for our film poster. 

This poster is from a film created called Elements. With a similar storyline to Aftertaste the idea of this poster is to show audiences that although the female character is her own person, her partner's actions and words are always within her stopping her from expressing what she is thinking and feeling.

This film poster is from the movie #NoMoreShades which is based on similar themes to Aftertaste. This film poster inspired my group's film poster as it is the idea of although the woman looks fine on the outside, behind her shades she is hurt, traumatised and abused and people do not realise.
